Campaign Staff Training, Day Two

Emerge Nevada has made its mark, and changed the face of politics in Nevada. Our elected alumnae helped Nevada rank highest in the nation among the states with the most number of women serving in the State Legislature and are the first in the nation with a women majority.  We have been changing the face of politics by recruiting, training and providing a powerful network for Democratic women who want to run for office. We offer the only in-depth, six-month, 70-hour training program that provides aspiring female leaders with cutting-edge tools and training to run for elected office and elevate themselves in our political system.

Now, in partnership with NV Dems, Emerge Nevada is expanding our program beyond candidates and organizing a Campaign Staff Training. Campaign managers are essential to the success of Democratic campaigns across the state of Nevada and we look forward to training women to gain this expertise.

Training Program Dates & Times: Participants must attend all training days.

• Friday October 3: 6:00pm – 9:00pm
• Saturday October 4: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Sunday October 5: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Tuition for the Emerge Nevada Campaign Manager Training is $400 with an application fee of $25. In order to ensure a full commitment to the Emerge Nevada program and the sustainability of the organization, each participant is expected to pay or fundraise as much tuition as feasible without enduring undue hardship. Due to our 527 status, Emerge training program fees may not be waived for any participant who is (1) a candidate, (2) an employee or agent of a candidate, (3) an employee or agent of a party committee, or (4) an employee or agent of a political committee (e.g., a PAC or small donor committee).
