For the past 13+ years, Kathleen has served as District Court Judge in Department 25 of the Eighth Judicial District Court. She has been a practicing attorney since 1990 and was first elected to the District Court in 2008. Since that time she has proudly served the citizens of Clark County by overseeing one of the most varied court dockets in the District Court, overseeing Civil and Business Court matters, Adult Specialty Courts, including Drug Court, Felony DUI Court, Mental Health Court, and Competency Court.
